In 2016, Haven of Hope partnered with the Bugoi Community Initiatives to launch the Bugoi Haven of Hope Nursery and Primary School, a Christian school for orphaned and vulnerable children in the village of Bugoi in rural northeastern Uganda. The school opened in early 2017, and construction of permanent school buildings is ongoing.
